This project expands an existing corporate campus with a new 62,000 square-foot office building. Site constraints necessitated nesting the new building into a hillside. The resulting building maximizes natural daylight and occupant exposure to the exterior by maintaining a narrow cross section, an open thru-plan with consolidated core elements and a liner light wee along the hillside. Exterior sun shades protect the west- and south-facing window surfaces.
