The University of Wisconsin Credit Union Corporate Headquarters project included renovation of an existing building as well as the addition of 115,000 square feet of additional office space. UW Credit Union’s mission includes providing a welcoming, inclusive, and innovative work environment, which led to many features such as useable outdoor courtyards and interior gathering spaces.
The building addition included numerous innovative sustainability features including geothermal groundsource heat pumps, rooftop photovoltaic arrays and high-efficiency mechanical systems.

The 115,000 square foot addition includes additional office, executive suite, and unique spaces for marketing and creation of internal development materials. As the organization continues to innovate and is focused on clean energy. The project includes a significant commitment to sustainable goals featuring geothermal mechanical systems, photovoltaic arrays and an energy efficient envelope.
